Teens Talk - Just Another Contact

Throughout life I noticed some of the strongest people fall from insecurities. I saw individuals who were so insecure of their abilities that slowly they allowed life itself and others take control of their images and who they were individually.

When people continue to doubt themselves unknowingly they leave others with ammunition to take advantage of them.

A lot of people allow themselves just to become another contact.

There are two different types of contacts in life. There are the contacts that are used only when something is needed and there are the contacts that are used frequently for numerous of reasons.

Lately people have been setting themselves up to become contacts that are only used when something is needed. Young ladies are usually victims of this type of contact.

Not only young ladies but everyone should watch who they give their trust to and most importantly who they become sexually active with. Everyone should be secure about who they are and their body before they trust someone else with their bodies.

If you are someone’s contact make sure that you are not just a contact. Make sure that you are their only and number one contact.

Don’t be a person that an individual calls when sex is needed. Have more respect for yourself. Don’t just become a contact that people call when they are too lazy to use their mind and would rather use yours.

Don’t set yourself up to become someone’s personal bank either. Don’t let people just call you when they need money. Stop yourself from becoming just another contact.

Have respect for yourself to not become just another contact.

I’m going to leave you all with this, Deuteronomy 24:6, “Do Not take a pair of millstones—not even the upper one—as security for a debt, because that would be taking a man’s livelihood as security.”
